Looking for someone to fix an error for me. Quick $10. ASAP

    Hi,
    I'm looking for someone to fix an error for me in my site, its giving me this error
    Although i've created the folder of thumbs and gave it full permissions but still its giving me error.
    The same thing is working fine in my another site (different hosting).
    Anyone who can fix this will get quick $10.

    The user dont need it done no more he contacted the script center to fix it for him.
