    I am looking for someone with a descent reputation to upgrade my Vbulletin forum, I also want them to set the new forum software up with SEO friendly URLs which I believe are now standard in the 4.2.

    Why you not trying xenforo. I have created a forum using xenforo and got google PR 2 rank within one month... Great SEO functionality available in the software.
