Looking for someone to do linkbuilding for my PR6 site

I am looking to get some relevant links for one of my sites. The site already has a PR 6, but I would like to increase the number of related inbound links, both for SEO and to increase traffic.
I am not looking for someone who is just going to submit the site to every linkfarm, but rather for someone willing to find to do the work necessary to obtain the links from legitimate related websites .

Willing to pay well for quality service.
