Looking for someone to do cartoon-like illustrations

Hi, I'm looking for a talented designer who can create something like this:

I actually need to design the same coupons, but I cannot use the ones that I provided as an example because they are copyrighted. So I need someone who can create something that is VERY similar but not similar enough for me to get into trouble for copying.

No designers will be held responsible for any future copyright problems (if they occur).

No but I can do the card cheap enough to where you have plenty for the cartoon part.
