Looking for someone to do a small code

    I need someone to make a php file so I can add blog posts to the blog on my site, currently the only way to do it is via phpmyadmin.

    My personal coder quoted me $15 for this but I only have $10 in my paypal at the moment so if anyone could do this or wants more information please feel free to ask. I could also toss in a month or two of free hosting for you if you would like.
