Looking for someone to design flash image/animated gif

    Hi guys,

    I am looking for someone who can quickly design for me a flash image/animated gif (think they are the same-not very cluey here)

    Had someone doing it for me but they have disappeared

    He was going to charge $30 so whoever is the most competitive will prob get the job but pm me no matter what u charge.

    Need it ASAP
