Buying Looking for someone to design a custom CMS website

Looking for quotes to create a custom CMS that allows us to track leads online and look very professional.

Example of the separate “mirrored” pages needed:

1. Google PPC
2. Google YouTube
3. Pandora
4. Other

Things needed on website:

1. Custom lead generation form (static) for every “mirrored” page
   1. A Completed lead will post a “thank you” page in static box area so that page’s tag can be used for Google Analytic codes.
2. Day-In-The-Life video (main page)
3. Testimonials (scroll on main page)
4. Curriculum (new tab)
5. About us (new tab)
6. FAQ’s (new tab)
7. Enroll Now Tab. A slightly more detailed form than the lead general form (again custom to each “mirrored” page.

Things wanted from a custom CMS:

1. Complete control of editing content within the mainframe
2. Lead generated forms to state specific place where ad was found. IE:
   1. LandingPageExample.com form would send email to enrollment: “Google Adwords Leads”
   2. LandingPageExample.com/111 or LandingPageExample.com/YouTube would send email to enrollment: “YouTube Leads”
   3. Each time we create a main page the form on that page allows us to custom the name of lead email.

We can get into more details later but I would be interested in a rough estimate to build such a project. Time-frame to complete this project. Examples of previous work, and time cost to make any edits and changes past the completion of this project. Thanks!
