Buying Looking for someone to customize Dokan theme

    I am looking for a coder and quote on someone who can customize the Dokan wordpress theme.

    I find the theme to be fairly basic and we'd love to bring some custom life to it. http://wedevs.com/theme/dokan/ Is the theme.

    We are looking for purely asthetic changes. Make it look more like fiverr almost or etsy or somewhere in between.

    If you can give me a basic quote of how much your time will cost, we can discuss the changes in more detail and get a quote on how long it will take etc. and more in depth. Thanks.

    Edit: To be more clear, I want a full width header background image, I want to make the top menu a more custom CSS with web 2.0 graphics, and a few other css/color scheme type tweaks.
