Buying Looking for someone to create simple SEO Websites

    If you are handy with Wordpress, SEO, and can come up with simple solutions then this is for you.

    I am looking for someone to create the simplest websites based on keywords I provide. They should solve what the people are looking for in the query. The website will be super focused on just one keyword, so it should be relatively simple.

    You will need to:
    -Set up the website/landing page (install wordpress theme, customize for keyword/theme)
    -Optimize the page for SEO (robots, indexing, on-page SEO, etc)
    -Create article/content/widget/list (I will provide SEO articles if necessary)
    -Set up the ads/mailing list/affiliate offer/PDF download (whatever is relevant to that keyword)

    You don't need to be a great designer, programmer, or writer for this. Just need to be handy with SEO, create SUPER simple looking and fast-functioning website that solves the query. The simpler the better.

    I have a list of keywords I need websites developed for. Please provide your price per website.

    It will be tailored to a single keyword, so I imagine not much. Just to get a low-comp keyword ranked.

    I can help you, send me more details.
    But I don't recommend WordPress, because you will have to make periodic updates and you also need settings for SEO.
    If they don't have many pages, I think an HTML / JS solution is much simpler.
