If you mean a bulletin that can be reposted without cutting and pasting you are probably SOL. MySpace have added the dreaded hash to the bulletin edit/confirm pages without your submission having that it's not going to work. It might be possible (theory here) to use flash or some other tech to grab the hash value, but I can't say I have tried.
