Looking for someone to convert a PSD into a Joomla theme! [Budget:50$]

    Well.. I have a PSD of a design that needs to be converted as Joomla theme. Maximum budget is 50$.. More potential coding will be given to the person who does this. Payment workout would be 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. If anyone is willing to work under this condition please post here.
