Hi, I have a layout ready, and just need someone to do it for me. I have a limited budget. It is nothing high tech at all. Anyways, if you are looking to build a quick site (I was told by a computer science major it would take roughly 10 hours), I don't really need it for another few weeks so an hour a day for the next few days is fine. Hi all, I just got around to checking my messages and this post again, and am overwhelmed by the willingness to help! I truly appreciate it from everyone. Based on the number of PM's and replies, I figure my best bet is to post some more on the website, what I am looking for, the jist of the site etc. Anyways, I'm going to make up little layout of the site and I will try to post it on here or send it to people via PM's. Hi all, here is a rough outline of the site I would like to be built: It is a website for a band. As you can see, at the top would be a banner. On each side of the page, there would be a photo of 1 member (there are only 2), and underneath them a sort of news feed that would redirect viewers to each members own personal blog. In the middle there would be 5 tabs, just under the banner and between the two member's sides. The tabs would be 'Home', 'News', 'Photos', 'Songs' and 'Dates'. When someone clicked the News tab, the news would appear in the content box. If they then clicked 'Songs' the songs would appear in the content box, etc. Therefore, the only portion of the site that will change is the Content box. (Or, if someone clicks on the members blog, and it redirects them to their blog). Anyways, that is the jist of the site. I was told it would be pretty simple. Also, if there was a way to have a nice background, that would be nice too. Lastly, at the bottom there would be the options like contact, mailing list, etc, etc. Anyways, if you are interested and think you could do this, please PM me a 1) Time Frame, 2) Cost, 3) Any sites you've made before. I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest, although that is definitely a benefit, but also I'll be looking at experience and previous websites for quality, etc. Thanks again for all the interest! Talk to you all soon! Edit 1): I should also mention I'd be looking for a dynamic site that I would be able to update. Edit 2): I should also clarify the blog portion. Each member of the band is going to have their own blog, which will need to be linked too. Therefore, when a band member makes a post, let's say "Working on a new song" as the title of the post, the only thing that that will show up in the blog portion is the title of the entry. If they click on "Working on a new song", they will be redirected to the full blog entry. EDIT 3): It has been determined that I will have an external blog that I can just grab the RSS feed for to display on the website. This should take care of the whole blog issue! Also, I am new to the whole website creation, so the more I am communicating with people, the more I am learning, and therefore adding to this thread. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
