To the point: I am looking for a person who can help me start/manage a flash games website and mentor me about maintaining it. I have websites in the entertainment field, but I have no experience with flash game sites. Yes this is a paying job. I am looking to pay 500-1000 dollars a month for your help. Or I can offer a % of my income from that site monthly. I already have a pretty good domain which I think is perfect for a flash arcade site. You should 1. have connections or hookups with skilled flash game developers 2. have experience with a flash arcade site. 3. speak good English 4. be available on instant messenger most of the time. 5. will be a big plus if you have php skills. 6. would be an even bigger plus if you can create awesome flash games.
