Regarding page rank no one can say abt the Timeframe because pagerank update depending on its time no can predict and all other SEO Company involving OP's requirement to work based on pagerank so please make a note before posting your Proposals

 

Every one is advertising their service, as I saw op wants his site to be PR5 , and he/she may not be interested in what you guys do to make this work.

 

I agree with both of them. No one has read the OP properly, except that they want to grab the project. Has anyone thought what the value of a PR site would be in future, if its old enough, then one can't even manage to buy that, sometimes. Google might change the PR juice leaking strategy without letting anyone know, so no one can predict the PR update, not even the next PR update schedule. It can be tomorrow, a month after or next year maybe, Google won't tell that to anyone, in fact, I guess, even Google might not be knowing that. More over, you people are quoting without knowing the details of the domain and competition.

I know google never tells anyone about the PR upadte, but now days they update very often. I have also given option that PR update work will be done within your own defined time. We will pay 50% before work and 50% after successful results.

Where did you read that? it is now more than 8 months google Didnt updated there Pr.

 

Actually, my websites used to update very often like within 1 - 3 months a year ago. I don't know if they take longer now.
