Looking for some Suggestions

    Hello ,
    i need some suggestions for this one.

    I have a wordpress blog , and i want a good theme for it .
    I have a theme in my mind , but its a paid one ,
    so what i think is to download that paid theme free form "other" sources and modify it to suit my needs . i know Html and CSS , so i can modify everything.

    so will it still be illegal ?

    It will be still be Illegal

    Then create a theme yourself or download a free theme and modify to suit your needs

    Regardless of the legality, you should pay for it. Especially if you're working in the same industry as the person that made it.
