Looking for some suggestions

I need some suggestions for a few scripts.
1. A script to give free host with this option
Register with username.domainnamehost.com (to creat a subdomain)
2. A free script for short url service. I am using one actually, www.hgq.us but I dont like it. I would like a script with admin panel
3. Free recipe script, a good looking one
