Looking for some SEO expert to do white hat SEO for my site

    I have a site which is about 1 month old and I never done any SEO to my site.Now i want to rank a keyword which has only 6.4M competitor so i'm looking for SEO expert to help me with it.

    I want to rank this keyword to 1st(must page one).must be a SEO expert and will not get my site sandbox or de-indexed.I need whitehat service
