Now that I've got the nuts and bolts of my article directory tied down I've started tweaking things from an SEO point of view. So far I have: Added Meta Keywords and decriptions to Article category and show article pages Setup a <link rel="alternate" title="<%=PageTitle%>" href="Feed.xml" type="application/rss+xml" /> line in the header for any pages that have RSS Feeds Started putting link titles in on internal links I had already made sure that the site was setup to show articles in an SEO friends format of /Category/SubCategory/SubSubCategory/ArticleName.htm and have tried to setup the template to have reasonably good interlinking of relevant pages as much as possible but is there anything else I should be looking at to try and get the site as SEO friendly as possible? URLs are usually the toughest part to a new SEO campaign/redesign. You have article titles already in the < title > tag, which is good. I would say the next thing you need to do is get incoming links to your site and start getting all the pages indexed. Looks good.
