If you're looking to increase traffic, one approach is to go after some phrases that have a lot of searches - get them ranked in the top rankings in google, and that'll get you more. Also, if you get other sites relevant to your audience to talk about your site, that can get you more traffic. One last thing - if you're not already a member, join Orkut - tons of groups about every topic. Join those groups and particpate and promote your site - tons of traffic guaranteed.
Well I don't have time for a long look, it being Friday and my finishing work right now hehe, but had a quick look and I don't think you've maximized your link building, there's a ton of anime communities out there, be it forums, websites, blogs, you name it, there's still many places you can get links and therefor traffic from. I agree about the need for more links. Try to keep getting more new links every day. Also make sure they use good anchor text with your keywords. As for your website itself, I noticed that it loaded quite slowly. This alone could be losing some impatient visitors. You should also have some type of sitemap to help the search engine spiders index all of your pages. Your internal linking structure is rather weak. I would recommend you look into mod rewrites. All of your pages use dynamic urls that pass variables. This type of page is not good for seo. With a mod rewrite you can change those urls to something much more seo friendly.
