Looking for some Original Templates Coded SERIOUS DESIGNERS ONLY

My Budget is 1500 dollars for this project, I need 4 separate Real Estate Agent websites designed along with 2 Wordpress Blogs that can be integrated as a package. All original work to be used as re-sell templates for my business.

Been in the Real Estate business for about 4 years, please do not try and pass up a pre-existing template. Your Itrader must be over 20 and I'm not looking at any designer with a negative reputation on DP.

Desc of Work- I will pay you 300 dollars for every site that is completely coded and designed to my liking. I will go over what you need and MLS/IDX integration is must. Colors and so forth are not important right now.

Header must be interchangable with text and pictures. You must have an idea what a Real Estate Agents Website looks like. I dont mind if you are from India, but prefer someone in the States because they actually know and understand Real Estate.

Flash galleries, CSS along with PHP knowledge is a must.

You will sign a NDA and a business contract for proprietary rights. Your address along with your name will be verified. Be prepared to submit a copy of your license for legal purposes. Bottom line, I'm looking for a mature designer/developer to do work with... Kiddies need not apply.
