Looking for some moderators - Urgent!

Looking for some good moderators for MessageBoard.cc who will post a lot and help me increase visitors and users.

This will be a volunteer position, but if you do a good job I will be paying up to $40/month, depending on how well you moderate, post, and help increase our site's visitation and registrations.

I am searching for between 4-5 moderators.

Please PM previous experience, and when you are available to help out.

We are seriously marketing the forum now, and our goal is to hit 1,000 users by the end of the year if possible.

I can be a moderater but I cannot volunteer the position. I can start up with $20/mo and then if you are satisifed, you can increase my payout.

Just a suggestion, you have way too many topics for a new forum. Makes it look big and empty.

 

Um, how would that be a good thing? All it does it give new users less choices.

Does that mean the current moderators are the permant ones now? Or are we still on the 'trial' thing?

I'm trialing the rest because they're not doing anything at all...
