Maybe you should start with article writing then. You can get paid minimum $0.01 per word at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=102 . Once you build up some capital it might be worth investing it in building a site.
I know of an online Cell Phone company that allows you to own your own website for only $399 (less cost than it is to get your Real Estate license) and only $49/month maintanence fee. You can make 1%-10% a month off of the service you sell, and $50-$350 for every person that signs up to own their own site through yours.
You are also limited in where you can do business. If I for the moment assume that you are under 18 (correct me please if you are over 18) then you are going to have limitations selling online without having a bank account. You need an over-18 adult to sign you into an account and any business that you would do. There are businesses that do not cost money to start. They could involve sales but before you embark in online sales you have to know about sales. If I can be of any assistance with my direct sales background, PM me, but you'll need an over-18 partner who you trust and who trusts you, and they'd need to be in contact with me as well. I've known enterprising and successful entrepreuneurs when I was young, so I think that having the motivation like you have is a good place to start. I wish you the best of luck. (When I was 14 I was a top Avon seller in my district.)
