hi, i am facing some problems in my paypal account. my account access is limited and has to be verified. i need some help and assistance from UAE paypal account holders or from people who own a visa/master credit or debit card. i really need help from you guys. i just need some help, assistance and services from people who belongs to Dubai and have a Visa/master credit or debot card. waiting for some assistance and help, immediately. can surely pay some amount as well. kindly just help me out from this situation. waiting for PM,s or post here. thanks
ok, i want to know onething, can somebody help me our from this troublesome situation then kindlyu post here or PM me. my uncle is living in Dubai and made an account with my name but i am not in Dubai. now he is facing some problems in getting his credit card or debit card and i have got my account access to be limited. now is there any way in which i can verify my PP account? can i use the credit card or debit card of any other person? if there is any person who can help me out from this situation then i can certainly pay him for all this. what i jus need is that the person verify my PP account with his credit or debit card and then i will trandfer my money to another PP account and cancel the credit or debit card. i can surely pay for this. or if i dont find any credit or debit crad then will my money that is in the my PP account be lost or can i get it with some way, if there is any possible way? kindly help me out from this situation. it is very troublesome for me. looking for a response. thanks
