Any decent cpa network will have a few of those and I believe adult friend finder will pay you $1 for each free member(much lower than a cpa network) and they accept anyone.
Definitely check out this thread on the AFF network. Many affiliates have not been paid, as AFF has determined that their leads aren't quality enough... In many cases, it seems they use this TOS "quality lead" provision to deny affiliates payment for valid leads. Take Care!
