I have a project that is pretty easy to do, but very time consuming, so I am looking for some cheap labor to do it... A quick description... I am trying to compile a list of subdivisions for different cities, divided up by zipcode... so for example, one of my cities was San Ramon California... San Ramon has 2 zipcodes, 94582 and 94583. The subdivisions for 94582 are: Bollinger Canyon |Crestview |Canyon Lakes |Cobblestone |Windemere |Gale Ranch |Miravilla |Cedar Bridge |Vestrella |Villa Paseo |Echo Ridge |Vista Pointe |Trevari Gale Ranch |Country View |Vista Ramon |Alta Mira |Bollinger |Canyon Crest |Old Ranch Estate |Bridges and the Subdivisions for 94583 are: The Gardens |Twin Creek Grdn |Heritage Place |Canyon Lakes |Vintner |Twin Creek West |Norris Cyn Terrc |Stone Pine |The Foothills |Sunny Glen |New Castle |Mowry Gardens |Contra Costa |Alcosta Heights |Oak Creek |Twin Creek Hills |Vista Pointe |Twin Creek |Miravilla |Windemere |Broadmoor Spring |East Hampton |Town And Country |Pine Valley |Deerwood Hglnds |Twin Creeks So |San Ramon Villag |San Ramon Hgts |Heritage |Fairway Hills |Newcastle Exec |Twin Creek South |Inverness Park |Rancho Ramon |Bridges |Bollinger Hills |Inverness |Bent Creek Vally |Henry Ranch |Thomas Ranch |Four Oaks |Norris Canyon |Norris Cyn Estat | So basically I would give you a list of zipcodes, and I would need a list of subdivisions compiled for each zipcode... finding the information is a little tricky.. sometimes you can find websites that already have a good list compiled, other times you just have to go to a website like Realtor.com, do a search by zipcode, and scroll through all of the listings and copy and paste the subdivisions that way... So hopefully you have a good idea what I am looking for... Trying to find a payment method is a little tricky, and I am figuring the easiest is just to pay per unique subdivision found... so I am willing to pay $.05 per unique subdivision found for a given zipcode... I am finding I can compile a list of 40 subdivisions for a given zipcode in about 15 min.. so that would come out to $2 for 15 min of work, which would come out to $8 per hour.. That's making a lot of assumptions, but like I said, that's probably the easiest way to come up with a way to pay and still get what I am looking for... So if you would be interested in working with me on this project... I probably have over 200 zipcodes I will need done (more as time goes on)... Let me know if you are interested or have any questions....
