Hey everyone, my company has been in the advertising and marketing business since 1999 but 99% is traditional offline marketing. When I first started this business it was to be an online biz doing websites, marketing and advertising as in those days that was mostly what I knew and I was pretty good at it. With all the online promoting I did my business took off but I started receiving more offline business than on and somehow eventually concentrating all my efforts with offline clients I lost sight of internet advertising to the point that I havent promoted anything online since 2000. So heres my problem. Years ago I knew where to go and what to do to drive tons of visitors to my site but after being away from online marketing for years I dont even know where to begin any more. Things have changed alot and things that use to work then dont work at all now. So basically I could use a bit of help with finding effective advertising whether it be free or paid but I need something that works and has a decent conversion rate as i am not just looking for traffic. My company has just launched 2 new online adverting ventures that are very unique with little to no competition that involves incorporating successful traditional marketing methods with online advertising. We have only been online about 1 week and have gathered quite a bit of attention using offline marketing methods that has already given us 12 different offline advertising vemues where clients can directly advertise their product to their target consumers. So now we are ready to start seeking clients and although we have a few offline clients interested, for this busniness to really succeed we need attract online clients as that is our target group. What we do is offer our method advertising to online business that want to promote their brand, logo or website offline worldwide. If anyone could help me out by giving me a few tips of what kind of online marketing and advertising methods today are producing the best result it would be greatly appreciated. You can try advertising with google and yahoo at first, what type of online business is this? Maybe we could get a better sense of your audience and how to advertise to them.
We offer direct to the consumer advertising to online and offline business by placing thier brand, logo or domain onto a self inking rubber stamp or on wristbands to be used in nightclubs and venues worldwide. We just launched the site about a week ago and already have 18 major clubs that have partnered with us in Canada and the US. We will be offering our service on August 1st and already have a few interested advertisers from our press release but we need to get the word out online as this is our target group as most online business do not usually advertise offline.
