Buying Looking for SOLID Traffic broker

    I am looking for a solid traffic broker that can provide me with quality traffic. No bullshit traffic like chinese 404 or 403.

    I want a mix of south american, north american and European traffic. So traffic on a continent or even country basis is what I am looking for.

    I also need a control panel where I can start/pause my traffic buys and also need to be able to set hourly and daily traffic limits.

    The traffic broker needs to accept PayPal! PM or leave a reply.
