as per my knowledge there is not a single software can track all the stuff automatically and give u a report time by time. but you can use different tools to track all the stuffs you want on your competitor site. and for that you have to spent your time to check all that stuffs.
Seo elite gives the use the ability to views all the backlinks from any given site but it's not free.
