Can I ask-why the focus on quantity of sites? Most experts agree that the top twenty-five or thirty SB services are the only really worthwhile ones, the others are minor sites, good for an inbound link like any directory listing, but not much more.
I don't think there are that many SB services. 250, maybe, and a lot of them are Digg clones and other low power knock-offs.

You'd be better off having several people serve you to the main ones.
That way, you could start showing popularity in the sites that matter, instead of picking up more weak invisible backlinks.

Six people doing your site to 20 SB's is way better than one person submitting you to 120. Same number of backlinks, but the power is much greater...

well, you wont find quality social bookmarking site more than 50.
rest of them are low quality. as amanamission already mentioned.
