Looking for SOAP Guru?

    I'm looking for a programmer to help out on one of my projects.

    Let me explain what i need. i have an application that sends an email in a distinct format to a specified email account. Soap service then takes that formatted data and passes it over to an mySQL database.

    i think soap service is needed for this, if you know of any other way please let me know.
