Looking for slice PSD files to html. It's a simple design where should I go?

So it looks like I'm going to need to be making psd files into html quite often. They are very simple (usually a 728x728 or 600x728) and are always only one page.

I have been using psd2html.com, but someone said to try posting here b/c the size of my projects are always so small.

Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find a cost effective programmer to do this. A friend told me I should be paying around 50 bucks a pop for these b/c of the simplicity and I'm currently paying around 200.

does your mean is you need to slice your psd file and merge it into one file html ?
if that what you mean, please pm me your psd.
