Buying Looking for Skilled Web Designer/PSD Designer at fair price!

    Hi everybody.
    I currently have my website up but I'm looking for a re-design. I'm looking to pay about $30-$50 for a landing page and we can go from there to make more pages, but just a landing page for now. PM me and I will link you to my current website.
    I would like a sample photoshop layout so I know that I like it.
    Some details:
    - I need it to be creative, aesthetically pleasing, and unique!
    - On the home page I need login, register (at least links to login and register easily), a (I already have a logo, NOT looking for a new one)
    - My promotional video
    - A little bit of an explanation of what we do
    - Footer with all the goodies (similar to my current site)

    Any other questions, inquiries etc PM me and we can work something out. Would like this done ASAP.
