To be honest, I've had enough of "trying" my luck with non-professionals or people who think they are skillful in web designing. Yes they got the job done, but with a really unoptimized result causing slow load time and also low grade in YSlow and Page Speed. If you know CSS coding like the back of your hands, and is able to create Wordpress theme, this is the job for you and I am willing to pay the amount you want as long as you can deliver. If you "think" you should be able to handle it through trial and error, please check other threads and don't waste both our time. You don't need to crack your head to create a new design for my website as I exactly know what I want. All you need to do is create an optimized wordpress theme based on my forum's design. Requirements: 1. Blog (Wordpress) theme resembles forum's (vBulletin) design 2. All images for the website combined into one sprite image 3. Small so that it loads fast 4. W3C HTML and CSS validated 5. Grade A page speed and yslow score (100% score if possible or at least 95%). You may think it is too much to ask but if you can do sprite and is able to use efficient CSS selectors based on Page Speed, this is not a problem. 6. Positioning a few items such as advertisement, breadcrumbs, etc, properly using CSS As you can see this project relies heavily on CSS. Only CSS master or professional should consider taking this job.
