    - traffic needs to be from search engines
    - traffic above 30 visits a day
    - no rev needed
    - Budget under $300, if you have a quality site - give me a shout anyways if its over this limit.
    - html or wordpress
    - unique content, at least 10 pages
    - no auto blogs
