Buying Looking for sites with monthly earnings of $20-$100

    I would like to purchase sites with monthly earnings (either through Adsense or ecommerce of virtual goods, incl. established web directories). I am offering to pay only up to x10 of the mean average monthly income, i.e. sum of the annual earnings, divided by 12 months.

    Please do not offer me new sites that have not even been up for a year, or sites with influenced traffic (a lot of flippers tend to drive in traffic for a site they're trying to sell, and then after the site is purchased it records no traffic).

    I have a 5 month old website, and start to monetized it last Oct 16, and to date the site has made $1800 already. Site source of earnings is affiliate programs.
