    I am looking to purchase a couple of sites that are making around $400-$500 a month. I am not looking for blogs, I am looking for sites that don't need constant content management.

    I am open to suggestions of all types other than than, I am not willing to pay any more than 6 -7 x a months revenue.

    There is too many with earning around $400-$500 a month. But before purchasing aware about whenever you buy then, buy from verified network e.g. ebay, amazon etc....

    Why on earth would anyone sell a stable, no work site for 6x revenue?

    Not if it's performing steadily for that amount. I don't know any flippers who would offload a performing site for less than 12 months income.
