    Hello guys, I'm looking for a site that makes close to $100 a month or more, my budget is 1,000. It should be something that has potential for growth. No warez sites.

    No one is going to sell you a site making 100+ a month for 1k ?


    20 x monthly income assuming min 100 dollars a month is 2k...
    Id suggest investing your 1k into a site you want to create.

    #1, you're wrong. 20x revenue is WAY above average. The average for most sites is 8-12x monthly revenue.

    If the sites is AUTO income noone will sell it for 10x

    For 10x you can get some crap that can make steady income for couple of months after you purchased and then you'll likely will have to do job to get income back

    ALI123 be patient there are many reasons someone may sell for less than 10X as with anything else --- Those that have nothing to sell you should not make waves. If they have something to sell you somewhere in that range/ball park they are entitled to negotiate but come on people if you have nothing to offer just move on. Don't ruin threads for others!
