I'm freelance site flipper too. I start learning the way since last year from scratch and i find it hard to get a book that contain all the information i need. So now i wish your upcoming book will contain the info that can help site flipper wanna be to save time. 1.What kind of site can be flip? 2.How to determine the site fair value before buy it to flip? 3.Is domain affect the price of flipped site? 4.Is the site is google banned? 5.Where to get more backlink in short time? 6.Where to sell the flipped site?
Another question I always ask... I've done quite a few site flips. It's my GO TO for revenue when building a larger project. Is the site maximizing its revenue stream? I'll give you a for instance. I came across an anime site today, that gets 80% of its traffic organically. Right now its got 4 banners per page, mainly running CPC/Game ads. Decent, but why isn't it running Tribalfusion, Valueclick, and Casale Media? Why isn't it running popunders? What else is it missing? Another question I find myself asking, is to increase its worth I generally have an SEO guy work on increasing the traffic... organically. Where is the new content going to come from and what is it going to cost me?
