it is a very nice design the only thing I would say is you have too much white space at the top. try and put the login form up their instead of in the side. One thing you have to remember is when you are using a gray pallet such as the one you used then you should have a live color which is a color that stands out such as the green you used to highlight different sections or such. I know you tried to do a minimal design but try using the green up top as a one pixel line seperating content. The green lighting at the top gives the effect of just a random insert because it doesn't flow with the design. I like the layout but it just the small detials you need to worry about.
