Looking for SIMPLE website templates

I'm looking for VERY SIMPLE but PROFESSIONAL AND SLICK website templates. Where can I find these?

I don't mind paying for them but they need to be simple and slick. CSS styled.

Please don't list the big monster templates and sites like that as I think those templates are awfull. Anyone else know some slick designer work out there?

 

oswd.org had a bunch of good open-source templates, all hand-coded and really clean

Those are as simple as you can get - they are clean hand-coded HTML, and some have HTML and CSS. A few have images.

What exactly did you have in mind if they are too complex for you? (Keeping in mind that they're open-source and easy to edit to your needs)

they provide the CSS stylesheets they use there, you can simply change the colours to whatever you like!
