Looking for simple web design

    I need a simple template design for chihuahuanames(dot)net. It would include a graphic header saying "ChihuahuaNames.net", with some related images of Chihuahuas or dog bones. 2 sidebars, one on the left with a navigation bar of pages, and one on the right; empty. A footer of course.

    Colors are negotiable, as it just needs to look good! I am looking to pay max $40. PM me if interested.
