Looking for Simple Design.

Hi,

I am looking for a design for my business website.

I will need the following.

I only need/want a 1 page design ready for me to copy and paste and add content.

1. Very simple Web 2.0 layout and design
2. Blue theme / blue layout
3. NO AJAX/FLASH/JAVASCRIPT/ fancy pants crap
4. A slightly "strange but cleaver" logo design
5. I am only looking for a 2 page design, i have a contact form which needs editing (coding is done already)

I do have a budget in mind, and i don't mind who does it as long as it is done quickly and professionally.

Posts offers down here or PM me if you wish to keep it private. I need it done as soon as possible (asap).
