    I believe that shooutcast can be hosted by webhostingbuzz.com - the company is one of the reliable and stable, having affordable prices. I think you may find a solution over there.

    What bitrate do you want to stream at? The lower the bitrate the cheaper it gets, can do you a cracking deal but need to know your requirements. Feel free to send me a PM.
