Taking into account your needs, think that downtownhost.com shared hosting solutions will meet your specific requirements.
The fact that this company cared enough to follow up even with the customer that may have had an issue, told me that they TRULY cared about ALL there customers.
    Reliability has been 100%.
    Highly recommended.

Surely, you will need a VPS server. It is better to buy a VPS based on high-performance SSD drives.

The read/write speed of SSD-drives is much higher than on ordinary SATA or SAS drives.
Each SSD VPS runs 30-40 thousands IOPS (Input/Output Operations Per Second) operations. This is much more than the usual 150 IOPS operations on SATA or SAS drives.
This will let your VPS server to handle the database, web server, mail and other application queries used by your site more quickly.

In this case, I would also offer you KVM virtualization. This type of virtualization is based on KVM technology which excludes the overselling possibility: the same resource can’t be sold twice. This means that you pay for the guaranteed quantity of RAM and CPU.This type of virtualization is based on KVM technology which excludes the overselling possibility: the same resource can’t be sold twice. Speaking about UK hosting providers, I can advise you to check the hosting plans of Fastnext web hosting company. They have a high server uptime, there are server are located both in Europe and in the USA.

Moreover, they are going to offer SSD and CLoud servers according to the information from one of the live chat technicians.

HawkHost is where i host most of my sites. Their shared hosting is good, but i dont recommend their other services as i have had bad experiences with them in the past.
