    Sorry, but 100 hours a month you're looking for at $1 an hour? I think you need to increase your budget. Just my opinion.

    Depending on your site I can do $350-$750 upfront fee plus $150-$300 monthly maintenance.

    I don't think $100 is enough every month, if you want all seo techniques. It depends on your budget if you want to get rank.

    If you want an expert work everyday 5-6hrs, then $100 is too low..if anyone agrees to do this project in $100 per month will he justify your work? you are paying $100 per month to gain something but, if after paying $100 couple of months or so you don't get result then all your penny will go in vain. Cheapest is not always best
