Since this is such a specific legal form, I would talk with your lawyer and have him or her write the agreement.

There probably is a template, but remember it's only a template. A lawyer should still look it over to make sure everything is ok.

    Yeah I agreee with drig!

Also blacksnow - just some advice to help you out.

Your google analytics code is in the wrong place - should be just before the </body> tag

Also, your prices are in $ on a .co.uk - would be an instant put off for anyone in the UK.

Also the design of the site. Wouldn't advise on the "seo" keywords at the top of the page. Looks search engine spammy.

again, not trying to discredit your work - just trying to help because that's what this site is all about.

Thank you, my friend, I do appreciate your comments
1.Your google analytics code is in the wrong place - should be just before the </body> tag - my mistake, sorry
2.Also the design of the site. Wouldn't advise on the "seo" keywords at the top of the page. Looks search engine spammy arguable point eack keyword repeats only once
3.Also, your prices are in $ on a .co.uk - would be an instant put off for anyone in the UK. - we have customers from over the world and them easy to make payment in dollars

I would like to add some points. SEO is Art, ART is understood by everyone in diffferent way, if you like Metall I like Classic, but both of us like Music.
There is no precise rulls in SEO, we study by experiment. I know people who reach 1 positions in Google for verty tough keywords. I asked them how they did? Answer was very simple, we do something what other do mot do.

Thank you for your comment again and always welcome
