    I'm looking for self-serve RTB platform mobile advertising network.
    - Ad format: Pops
    - Device: Mobile
    - Target filter: browser, os, country
    - Category: Adult/Non-Adult
    - Filtered proxy, VPN, datacenter's IP ranges.
    - Main required Geos: CN, AE, QA, SA, OM, MY, BH, CZ, PH, TR, RU, RS, US, DE, AU, PL.
    - Min bid: 0.1 CPM
    - Budget: $1k - $5k / month, depends on result.
    - Exception: Plugrush, Zeropark, Ad-maven, Popads, Popcash, Poptm or reselling traffic.

    Thank you. You are right, it's was great when i tried Adsterra as publisher. To be honest, i thought about adsterra first when i tried to find traffic sources but you increased your price right after my plan. At the moment, i'm spending ~$100/day for buying traffic from other networks. But i still can give you a try if you have good offer for me. Just drop me a message or pm skype.
