looking for a free all in one search engine submission service . If there is any good ones out there . All the ones I have searched , end out being junk and don't sumit to half the sites .

There are many search submission sites but some sites are main for the search. The main sites like Google.com,Yahoo.com,Ask.com etc.
Soon you'll be detected as spam if you use automated submissions. Why not do it manually and just submit your website to those only popular search engines.
Hey guys, There are thousand of search engine in the entire internet, but I think submit your website in google, yahoo and Bing will enough for your website because other search engine automatically get the listings. Thanks for sharing Smith Jones

Submitting for free, most of the time bring nothing useful. It's better to work yourself. I don't know why to submit thousands, where very few can give you more than expected?
