Looking for script

    Hi, i am looking for script. The script must have MU (multi-user) add news (users can add news). News must include picture and link (on picture) to original news.

    example:

    <a href="http://forums.digitalpoint.com"><img src="http://www.google.com/logo /></a>

    the news item should look like this and the text under the picture

    just like that how is on this side: http://meanduck.com/
