I'm looking for a script, preferably free, which I want installed on my website, similar to what's used in this site: http://www.worldwidefido.com/ Something with which users can upload their videos and/or photos on my site and also enables them to rate/comment other's videos/photos. The contest feature can be optional. Anyone can help?
